Library Documents Section

Upload and store documents to attach to your emails and send with quotes. These documents are best in PDF format however other formats are accepted.
Example of use is Insurance Information, Licenses, Prep Levels detailed information, Care Guides and more.

To upload choose the square icon with the + to bring up the Add Document Window.

 

Add in your File Name, File Description. To upload file select the Choose File button, browse and locate your document to upload, then select the green check mark to complete.
To edit the documents select the pencil under Update and this will bring up the Document Detail window. Here you can edit the File Name and Description and change the file. You can also preview your selected document in this window. Use the trash can icon to delete any unwanted document.
