Settings section

Here you can edit many settings specific to your company. Note: whatever you change within the Quote settings, will affect all future quotes.

 

Application Cost – this is where you can add in/adjust your company Hourly Rate. We have created a Cost Calculator for you to ensure your Application Cost is accurate.
Profit Mark Up % – Add in your percentage which will be applied to the total costs.
Gross Margin %  – To calculate gross margin, subtract Cost of Goods Sold from total revenue and divide that number by total revenue (Gross Margin = (Total Revenue – Cost of Goods Sold)/Total Revenue). The formula to calculate gross margin as a percentage is Gross Margin = (Total Revenue – Cost of Goods Sold)/Total Revenue x 100. The Gross Profit Margin shows the income a company has left over after paying off all direct expenses related to providing a service.
Default Deposit Percent – The deposit percentage you generally use. You can edit this deposit percentage per quote if required on the Quote Summary tab on the details screen.  
Terms and Conditions Document – Upload a PDF document of your terms and conditions which a client will accept when signing the screen to accept a job on site. You can also add this document to your emails as an attachment.

Account Name – Your bank details which will be displayed in the footer area of the Quote PDF.
Account BSB – Your bank details which will be displayed in the footer area of the Quote PDF.
Account Number – Your bank details which will be displayed in the footer area of the Quote PDF.
Payment Phone Number  – Your phone number which will be displayed in the footer area of the Quote PDF.
Percentage Increase – Adds a percentage increase to Paint Pricing.
GST Percentage – Current Goods and Services tax rate in Australia.
